Return Policy

At SeasonAndSoul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
✅ Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
✅ Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
🚨 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Final sale items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Personalized or custom-made products
❌ Worn, washed, or damaged items
2. How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the return address.

3. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
💡 Important Notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund (including shipping).
- If the item does not meet return conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
📌 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
🔹 We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend:
✅ Returning the original item for a refund
✅ Placing a new order for the item you want
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
📌 Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will begin processing, and we cannot guarantee changes.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
📸 Photos of the item and packaging
📦 Your order number
✅ We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
